There is lack of communication. I requested to have some food approx, however I had to wait till midnight only to hear there is a long list of people who have placed an order before me.

I either had interactions with staff who were very good- excellent even in their treatment and professional and others that were rude and snapped at you and treated you like you were a beggar pestering them on the street! So quality of staff is not consistent.

* Long wait for C- section I was an inpatient on a level 3 emergency which meant I was fasting much longer than I need to be. * All staff should be of some performance standard and those standard should be very good.

I was informed throughout my childs stay as to what care is being given to him.

Majority of nurses especially blessing and faith were very understanding of Oscars needs.

Found that doctors did not read notes and kept rediagnosing even though we had a diagnosis.

My 5 days old son was looked after by nurse Janmav, she was very kind respectful and attentive. All details were explained well given all the stress me were under as parents, it was very much appreciated. We also had a great experience working with nurse Madina and Angel.

* As a new mum just given birth, it would be useful for the word to here assessed the situation and allow for a secondary pared to stay for help through the night. * Availability of bathrooms for new mums due to recovery. * Better and timely communication on next steps. Expected results.

My child was very pleased I thankful to everyone that looked after him the felt a bit comfortable but overall he wall wed looked after.

The waiting time was extremely long and my child was really tired and bored on there was less things to keep him company and busy.
